**UPDATE: NEW DATE** The Messiah Choral Society of Grand Junction was founded in August of 2004 to present an annual performance of Handel's classic oratorio, Messiah. The concert is offered in the Easter season as a musical gift to the Grand Valley community by the members of the Messiah Choral Society and its donors. Admission to the concert is free of charge. There will be one performance this year at the First Presbyterian Church at 3940 27 1/2 Rd on Saturday, April 20, 2024 at 5 pm. We plan to vary the numbers performed each year to allow our audience to experience the full work over several performances. We will perform the "Hallelujah" chorus every year.

Admission to our concert is free so invite your family and friends to come with you for an Easter season concert of beautiful music and spritual renewal.

This concert is a musical gift to the Grand Valley community made possible by the volunteer hours of our chorus, the lifelong commitment to making music by our orchestra, soloists, and director, the generous financial contributions of our donors, and our audience as no gift has meaning without a recipient.
